Thursday - pizza day
Friday - wear green for St. Patrick's Day
Friday - book orders are due
Next week - March break!
Note home - for grade fours that signed up for badminton, it starts March 22nd, and goes every Tuesday at 8am. The teachers who are running the sport are asking participants to bring a racquet if they have one.
Today we had a drumming workshop put on by a resource teacher from the Board office. Everyone had a blast, but very sore hands. I had no luck posting a recording I made of one of the songs. Hopefully I can figure this out during the break.
In math, we continued to work on subtraction. Here is a site for help at home.

In grade three science we are studying simple machines, specifically levers. These sites are a lot of fun, especially the mediaval levers one.

Hit the Link for the "Rube Goldberg" activity. This one is a real challenge, but the payoff is worth it. FOSSWEB.
Two days to go until March Break. Have a good night.
